One thing that I admire about Japanese cooking is the fuel economy used in preparing food. I also admire the lack of waste, food and resources. Japan is so far ahead of most places in recycling.

Great job Satoshi! Those Nabe hotpots looked delicious and I really didn't think the prices for them were that bad at all. It would probably cost more to buy the individual ingredients to make them. They seem like a nice convenient way to have a healthy meal. 🥘😋

    Great livestream, Satoshi-san!
Hot pots are so healthy and good, especially in winter. All the nabe you bought looked wonderful! I often make a vegan version of nabe using vegetable broth with kombu and mushrooms for umami. So delicious and nutritious!
You gave so much interesting information this time. I love that your hobbies are trains and watching the stars. Like you, I love nature and your concern for the environment is heartwarming. Conscientious recycling certainly helps with all the plastic packaging.
And, don't worry about not being able to keep up with the chat. I'm a native English speaker and I can't keep up either! 😆Love to you and Shinichi. I hope he has a good trip and returns home safely. ❤❤

Winter has set in here in Morgantown, WV USA. Actual temperature 26F/ -3.3C. But very windy so wind chill is 15F/ -9.4C. Supposed to be one of the coldest winters in years here. Praying your winters are more mild. Love your videos. Take care.

Greetings from Sydney, Australia. Congratulations Satoshi on your solo live stream. I hope that you were not too nervous. The weather today was warm and extremely windy. This is now the pollen season in Sydney. Many people suffer from hayfever.
