    Please do proper study/research before sharing/suggesting anything… Tea or coffee is not at all healthy. The damage your whole body system especially of nervous. It even causes Cancer with the herbicide called glyphosate.
    Murugar you added sugar in it that itself is so poisonous.

    So first you better stop drinking tea and suggesting as well

    We use corriander seed in Sri Lanka to start the Rasam. Ragi flour is Kurrakan flour in tamil. My grandmother made Kurrakan pittu with jaggery

    I am a 71 year old person . I have been travelling between Singapore, Malaysia and India (Mumbai, Pune) for the last few months very often. I am drinking a cup milk before bed with 1/4 Teaspoon of turmeric powder + a pinch of black pepper powder and honey as a mix for the past few months as a preventive measure to improve my immunity. I walk few minutes in sunlight to get Vitamin D. I am fine and I feel that this is the most simple method but very effective to boost immunity.
