Keep a good seasons of the Italian salad dressing packet in the house. That could have replaced what this recipe with the chicken was calling for without a lot of Italian seasoning which I don't even keep in the house because it's too strong. I keep oregano and use it by the pinch not by what the recipes call for because again it can be too strong and that is not how Italians cook. You know that.

Coriander is very lemony so you can often times use lemon zest a little bit in place of it. I would have added a little bit of smoked paprika along with the regular paprika if I were missing two seasonings. When you go to a Mexican restaurant fajitas and what is served on the sizzling platter and there isn't much with them they do serve lime and onions.

Honey's job is to crystallize. No fajitas are eating with just the meat peppers and onions and a squeeze of lime if you want it but they are not eaten like tacos. Usually no first vegetable no lettuce no sour cream no cheese just meet peppers onions wrapped in a tortilla.

We like to serve our pulled pork over baked potatoes with butter, cheese, sour cream and ranch dressing. When we lived in Oklahoma there was a restaurant that served these BBQ stuffed potatoes. When we moved we learned to make them ourselves.
