Good luck! I've heard and seen amazing things about the carnivore diet. Be sure to keep up on electrolytes though.
    For the nay sayers..m
You cant always trust the "experts" since they are the same people telling you to do things causing 1000000 problems. Those who benefit like to keep patients and the proof is in the pudding

You're not a doctor and you're getting mad at people for trying to help you with advice. good luck to you buddy LOL and no one is saying the carnivore diet is unhealthy. But It's unhealthy to someone who had two strokes though LOL and of course you're going to lose weight you're going to lose water weight in the beginning. And let's see your cholesterol level afterwards. Let's see your liver enzymes how high they are afterwards. Those are things that you cannot play with considering you had a stroke. Twice. People are trying to help you because we enjoy your videos and we want to see you around in the near future at least. And carnivore is a way of life. It's not sustainable long-term and then you get off of it. And you're comparing Food before man touched it. Caveman only had a lifespan of about 33 years. You're over that with two strokes. So I don't suggest you look at their diet LOL
