There is nothing wrong with pre packaged foods, yes its not great if you have them constantly but honestly NOONE has a perfect healthy diet 100% of the time. And honestly it never killed anybody! Love that you show this stuff!! And that you keep everything balanced!

One of the reasons I prefer Walmart pickup/delivery is because they substitute with larger or name brand for free. I ordered a 5lb bag of frozen chicken breasts last week and got a 10lb bag substituted because they were sold out of all the others. π€· Free chicken…don't mind if I do. π€£
