I think the safest way to cut the squash is to microwave for a few minutes then it has some give so the knife doesnβt easily slip
Can you freeze these? I would get bored eating same for 5 days but can see fixing multiple meals, freezing and rotating.

Thanks to it I have lost lots of weight. I probably should not even be talking about it cause I do not want a lot of other guys out there running the same game but whatever. Don't think of spaghetti squash as spaghetti, it's too sweet. I found it better to eat with just some butter salt and pepper. Of course if you are one that puts a lot of sugar in your sauce I suppose it would be fine, without adding sugar to your sauce.
I love that you don't talk for 10 minutes about nonsense before you get to the cooking. To Top it off – the recipes are great .
