Hi! That looks very delicious. I can't digest starch, so I will have to be creative for a bun substitute. I could probably use a thick slice of zucchini instead. Your sauces both look yummy.
I never had a sister growing up, but I would hope our relationship would have been sweet like yours.❣️

Years ago, I learned to poke a finger hole all the way through the middle of my homemade burgers to ensure more even cooking. The burger shrinks up inward, closing that hole at the same time. I've not had any raw middles since. =)
These are on my short list ladies, thanks for sharing. Have never seen them cooked like this, & oh boy do they ever look delicious!

    Ladies, they look amazing! 😋 😋 😋 😋 😋

May the Lord rest her soul, my mother couldn't cook a burger to save her life! We went to cooking school together when I was about 12 or 13; the instructor showed us how NOT to cook a burger—I shouted out, "That looks just like yours, Momma!" 😂 😂 It was burnt on the outside, mounded up and cooked medium in the middle but dry as a bone! 😆 She laughed about it, too, because she knew she couldn't cook—thus the reason we were at cooking school! 😂
