The lasagna roll ups look so good! I love thrive market, I've been shopping with them for almost two years. I've used that jackfruit for bbq's and fajitas. I also like that sunbutter, I love it in my hot cereals and smoothies.

A fantastic easy meals recipe video Miranda and the Thrive Market haul looks great πŸ‘ it's unfortunate that it's not available outside the USA. Always enjoy your video's and I have had jackfruit in a vegan chilli πŸ˜‹. The cheese sauce looks awesome πŸ‘Œ. Love πŸ₯° the video and love πŸ’•β€Miranda & Joe.

I am always trying to find new ideas thanks for another awesome video.

Have you ever tried cauliflower macaroni? I think it is something you would like. I came across the recipe from Kimmy from shes in her apron (her family isn't plant based but the cauliflower macaroni recipe is πŸ˜€) several years ago and now make it like once a month. It does have oil but you could easily make it gluten free and omit the oil. It is soo good and very budget friendly!

I love artichokes. You could do a spinach artichoke dip or pasta or even stuffed mushrooms (if you like that sort of thing – it's not for me πŸ€ͺ), throw them on a pizza or you could try A Simple Palate blog's Tuscan Artichoke Salad.
    I need to go grocery shopping… πŸ˜πŸ˜‚

I love Thrive market! I've been getting it for years! And I love that I don't have to pick through and wonder whether or not it's plant based. You make some great meals, as usual. Love broccoli and potatoes with cheese sauce. A go to for me as well.

I don't eat plant based, but I bet your cheeze sauce would be good with some bean enchiladas. You could spice it up with jalapeno or some cumin/chili powder and make it taste like a sort of taco cheesy dish.

I love this video! You have got me making my own cheese sauce most weeks – so great on everything. Also I didn't even know stone cleaners existed? This sounds like of life changing for me πŸ™‚
