I challenge anyone to actually taste all those shrimp broth ingredients once the shrimp is dipped into the cocktail sauce. And… totally golden retreaver!

Zaynab seems so considerate and down to earth… like I know that dish will punch above its weight, be impressive and tasty YET it looks relatively simple to put together. Not a ton of ingredients either. 0 pretentiousness. She’s like the really intelligent person who can explain complex ideas simply. She’s doing that but with food.

Your video thumbnails love putting White Men and Asian Women together- and literally not ONE video featuring an Asian Man and a White Woman. Typical of Western media– typically irritating.

Prefacing this comment by saying that I am a big fan of Brad. I enjoy you, and I think you have great instincts when it comes to culinary execution. That being said, this is the most asinine display of shrimp preparation I have ever seen. I do not believe for a second you have ever made shrimp this way before the shoot, nor do I expect that more than 1/4 of the poaching ingredients have any noticeable affect to the flavor of the shrimp. FRESH BAY LEAVES? Okay.

Lots of love. I’m a little drunk, and in the mood to argue. I appreciate the content, y’all. Keep it up.
