I've been putting all the dry ingredients for mud cake in zip lock bags and just adding egg and butter when ready to make.

You are just amazing, Annie!! So I'm 20 days into this KETO thang…lol…and YOU have been SO helpful with all the 'dos and dont's' and I really appreciate that. Your recipes always look and sound amazing and I've tried a couple of them, and they ARE delish! So thank you for that! I need all the help I can get cuz I'm still confused on how many carbs can I have per meal. I feel so guilty eating so much FAT!! And then I m not sure how much protein I need. IT IS confusing…but that's nothing now to me. UGH
Have you ever thought of putting together a cookbook with all your yummy recipes?? I would sure buy it!!! But I also see that you have a very busy life…hubby…kids…work… AND shooting all these amazing and professionally shot videos!! They really are. Your really good being in front of a camera and BONUS…so personable…a perfect host we can tune in to and enjoy!! So thank you so much for taking the time to put up your helpful and interesting videos. Your'e a natural and that is refreshing to see.
    Thanks again. 😘

I ca attest to how fantastic the lasagna is with deli meat!! I also did a “Mexican Lasagna “ because I realized my deli meat was too small to create a tortilla for enchiladas. It was great too. Oh, tried your pizza…delicious. Chaffles are mmm!!

I am sooo excited to try this recipe for lasagna. The zucchini noodles and cabbage have never appealed to me so I just didn’t make lasagna;( Now you have changed my life. I have all my ingredients and will be making this one for dinner tonight. Love your channel.

My husband has been on keto for 2 years now. Went cold turkey and cut out sugar. I’m a chocoholic and carboholic so haven’t taken the plunge. But now I’m at my heaviest weight, 64 years old, and getting ready to retire. I’ve been watching your videos for awhile and think I can finally try keto. I just made your chocolate mug cake for us… amazing! I can still have chocolate! LOL Next is a dinner recipe. Thanks for the inspiration!

Want to drop 5 pounds, 20 pounds or even 60 pounds if not more all without starving yourself WeightLose.Fitness or counting calories? This is entirely possible. I'd been doubtful at first, but when I began The Venus Factor, I was impressed at the results. The system is so easy to grasp and put to work in your life. I am not going to reveal to you how much I lost, but I wanted to share the information for anyone else planning to slim down.

I watch you and like you but often you say the incorrect ingredient.( check what you say for your mug cake) it always confuses me! Tfs. So I went down and looked at the written recipe and it also said coconut flour but it looks like cocoa powder??? Could you address this please?
