I plan on making all of them! The hard part is deciding on which one first!? 🤷‍♀️ I finally got to Babysit 2 days last week. It's gonna take him a while to get to know us but I can handle being called Grandma Becky. Oh and him and his dad was in the newspaper Go Carting. They were out reporting what kids were doing while they were on Fall break. From what I understand his mother was a little jealous. 😁

I see you made rice. You can do that in your Instant Pot (or Insta Pot, however you want to say it). 1 cup of liquid (chicken broth is recommended, but when beef is concerned, beef broth) for every cup of rice (jasmine, basmati, or good ol' fashioned white rice) into the Instant Pot on high pressure for 3 minutes with a 10 minute natural release. When that 10 minutes is done, manually release whatever pressure is left, fluff with a fork, and you have rice. The advantage is that it takes less liquid than it would on the stove, and the Instant Pot is a multi-tasker in the kitchen. The only uni-tasker in your kitchen should be your fire extinguisher – Alton Brown.

Hi Mandy, i just found your channel and watched a whole bunch of your videos. Your fam is adorable❣️. Today I made your recipe for Pollo Chicken. I live in a rural area where bland is the flavor of EVERY day. Soooo i was not able to find queso is the fridge section, had to use a jar, had to use Zataran yellow rice,no Adobo seasoning, i found something close. I served it over a bed of shredded lettuce, with homemade garden fresh pico, avocado , some salsa and a dollop of sour cream …IT WAS FABULOUS! Cant wait to make more of your recipes
