I'm assuming if I make this for chicken pot pie I'd leave out the sugar? I absolutely adore your recipe Gemma! No bowl, no rolling, in the pan dough? Have i died and gone to Heaven??? Ha!

Uhm … 😮😮😮😲😲 I never have luck with pie crust. This! Is! Amazing! You saved me & the pumpkin pies… The Pillsbury pre rolls I had were way too old to use & thought we were going to have Pumpkin custard/mousse instead!! Never buying them again!! 🙏👍 and subscribed !!

Terrific so far. This is great for chocolate cream, pumpkin, mince, type pies. Now if someone can come up with an idea for a pie crust top…what a wonderful world this would be😋 Thank you.

Omg, I stopped making pies as I have to piece it together as it sticks to the rolling pin and I read that adding more flour and handling it too much can make the dough tougher. This is just incredible! The only thing is for the tip layer I will have to piece it together unless I use a crumb topping like you did. I have tried silicone mats and everything else so this is just fantastic. Thank you for this video, you made me want to bake pies again!!!!

This is fantastic, thank you so much!! Any no-processor recipe for the top pie crust? I don't mind the rolling as much, but bringing the food processor out is often a step too far. I'd love a reliable recipe for handmade pie crust I can top my chicken pot pie with!
