The egg is cooked, so there shouldn’t be any problem with it, even if the yolk is runny. It’s actually a really good source of protein. It’s also good for your cholesterol.

So why not just make the eggs scrambled while you’re pregnant?

By the way, congratulations on your baby! I know it’s gonna be as cute and beautiful as you are.

    When’s your due date??

The first I thought I had some dirt on my cell phone’s screen, but I think it may actually be dirt on your camera lens? (You might want to check it and clean it ~ carefully!!?)

It's NOT okay to have any caffeine when your pregnant because it can impair your babies facial bone structure from forming properly. Your baby could end up with a recessed chin, etc. It may not seem like a big deal, but they're going to be the one having to live with an average or ugly face from lacking good facial bone structure.

Runny yolks were an aversion of mine but they are okay during pregnancy now. The salmonella risk comes mostly from egg shells. If you wash your eggs off you should be fine to eat the yolks however
