Hi Brian, major compliments on your videos. Everything about them is top of the line. Have you seen Target's new line of kitchen stuff called figmint? I just saw it the other day at a store. Cashier couldn't exactly explain to me if this belongs to Target. It's cheap stuff but good quality. Your spatula that you like I used to have the same one and loved it too until it was accidentally dropped in the trash can. The other day I bought figmint set of 2 of them for $5. Wooden handle and plastic white color top. Really nice and comfy. I also bought a strainer that's also great quality. So inexpensive and so good I'm frankly surprised. Check it all out.
Great video! I’m going to try everything except the one with mushrooms..they give me a headache.
I love your recipes, whether they've got only a few ingredients or not. I tend to make the longer ones on weekends. Quite a few of the ingredients are also things I keep in my pantry or freezer anyway because I buy bulk-discounted products when I can. It helps save money. I know I'm lucky tho, not everyone has the time, money or space to do this. Thanks for posting such a great variety of recipes for us
FETA?
But Bri…
I love spicy mustardy raw onion…
Too bad the missus doesn't…
Thank you everything looks delicious
Love these simple recipes! i like to add variety to my weeknight meals and i dont have a lot of time on hand
This is amazing! My kids and I don't like much of the same foods, but these do the trick!
When you say tomato sauce can, do you mean pureed tomatoes?
Love the Cheesy Mushroom Jalapeno Quesadilla and will definitely be making it soon! Thank you for all of these delicious mexican inspirations!
I'm definitely trying that chicken, love all the variations of chicken and rice and yours prevents the issue of soggy chicken skin.
Going to try the Cheesy Mushroom Jalapeno Quesadilla first. That looks so good.
For the al pastor tacos would it be a problem to leave the meat in for 11 hours? or could I cook it for 9 hours and leave it on the counter for the other 2?
I would make some of these, but I have like 14 ingredients I have to use up. 😉 Thanks for all the great ideas, Bri! I'll be trying these as well.
DUDE the salsa hack for Spanish rice just changed my life.
I'm here for the complicated stuff but I totally understand your desire to appease the larger segment of your audience. I will posit that maybe 80% of people who watch cooking videos never actually make anything they watch, whether it's simple or complex, so I wouldn't worry too much. Just make what you think is interesting.
Al pastor tacos, Chicken & rice and the tostada! Everything looks so delicious! I appreciate your attention to easy clean up, less dishes and creating these simple 5 ingredients dishes.
Lent is approaching and as an Orthodox we fast meat and diary. It’s basically a vegan diet. Do you have any good recipes for vegan meals?
Looking forward to the Al pastor tacos next week. Btw, what hot sauce was that? Looked rather good but not familiar
EVERYBODY HOLD UP BRIAN POSTED YESSS
I've been learning how to make homemade corn tortillas so this video is perfect in its timing! Can't wait to try both the enchiladas and tacos. I love a full blown carnitas adventure, but for a busy weeknight, those two look dope.
"Cumin-ny, you know like a delicious armpit" precious! Love you Brian! ❤
Those weeknight enchiladas sound boss and I have been avoiding making enchiladas because it is so time consuming and it comes out too mushy for my taste. This recipe sounds so good and easy!
The first one, the tostadas! What a great meatless recipe. Im in. Avocadoes are CRAZY expensive and often not good here though. Wonder what I could use otherwise..
New York City!!!!!
Who gets it!?!?
dude you are ON FIRE. bangers only. i end up making a recipe from every one of your videos these days
Thats a really great format!
Loved the video. Would never make the recipes because they have like 5 ingredients.
The enchilada recipe will be the first one I try!
I love the mix of quick recipes like this that I can make on a whim AND complex pro-home-cook recipes I can tackle on a weekend when I want a challenge. Thank you!
Regarding the quesadilla, I think you mispronounced the cheese. It's pronounced Pepper Jack. Pepper Jack. Easy mistake, 😉
Brian, most people are talking about the spices.
Amazing video as always, can’t wait to try these recipes
