    I have had a tragic past few years with a lot of loss and so so much grief, and have gained so much weight from not caring about my life. I have worked hard to come out of the depression (that's a daily battle). I am now ready to work on my weight. This is what I need for some healthy motivation! And uh. I so wished I could have a trampoline, that looked so fun!!! 😀

    Thank you so much. I'm new to the vegan world and in my late 50's. These "what I eat in a day" is so incredibly helpful – for ideas, motivation and straight up fun to watch. I know they are a lot of work but please know that you make an incredible impact to many, like me.

    Wanted to come back and add – the taco dinner is a great recipe that I will be trying with my non-vegan friends for a dinner party. Awesome!

    Ever since you mentioned in a previous video that you can eat more greens when you cook them, I’ve started doing that and it seriously makes a huge difference! I still enjoy salads and veggie wraps with fresh greens, but when I’m trying to bulk up a bowl or burrito with greens, I’ve started cooking them and I love it! Thanks for the awesome tip! Cant wait to try those tacos, they look amazing!

    I’ve been off the bean since nov 2020. I also stopped all caffeinated teas and dark/milk chocolate (meaning white is ok bc there is no caffeine in it) and i don’t regret it at all!!! I’m a much more stable human and am WAY less anxious!
