These all looked really good. I make a tuna noodle casserole similar to your ham and noodles. I use two cans of tuna, egg noodles, cream of mushroom soup, onion, peas, and cheese. It's really good.

Yummy! I really appreciate how you offer suggestions for substitutions if a particular ingredient isn't maybe something that either someone doesn't have in their kitchen at the time or something that they don't care for. For example in the first recipe I'm really not a fan of beans so I would probably just use a Spanish rice and call it good as you suggested. They're always easy ways to change up a recipe to make it your own and to make it something that your family likes. I love the all-in-one casseroles where you get your protein starch and vegetables all together. It makes it a lot easier for moms who are trying to get their Littles to eat veggies. That's not a problem for me cuz I don't have kids but I could see how it would be quite helpful and these one pan meals are probably very wonderful for someone who is busy working. If you can make a couple of them up ahead of time and have them either in the freezer or in your refrigerator you can pop them in the oven once they've thought in the fridge overnight and then dinner is basically ready in about 45 minutes or an hour at the most which would help especially if you're working from home you should be able to just pop down throw something in the oven and call it good and then dinner is ready when the family walks in the door. Thanks so much Julia and I hope you're doing well!

Yum! I made the hash brown casserole tonight and it was a hit with all three of my kids! They love it when they see you have a new video out. I would totally buy a cookbook if you ever made one! 😊

With Easter coming up and ham going on sale, another dish you can make is a box of au gratin potatoes or scalloped potatoes with the ham chopped up and bake accordingly.

Hash brown hamburger casserole…essentially it is what my family’s called ‘deluxe hash browns’ except you added meat to it. We would add sour cream to the deluxe hash browns though, along with the other stuff.

The Mexican casserole looks delish but I’m not a fan of salsa in recipes…I don’t like the taste and usually regret eating it when I do. Maybe rotel would be a good substitution
