    I'm currently on a "diet" basically I'm eating as little as possible along with intense exercise. I skip breakfast cuz I sleep late and wake up at 2pm. I eat as little as possible for the rest of the day but no junk food and no sugar.

    I know it's bad. But I feel horrible when I eat. Although I feel pretty bad right now as well. Like I'm starving so much that I had a breakdown. But I cant eat anything right now. Its 12am. So I'm just chugging down water.
