Don't beat yourself up. I still, after being on Keto for over a year, don't always read the ingredients. It is mandatory though as we all know. Shingles are so painful, so I hope it goes away soon.

I hope you feel better soon. I have been in a horrible fibromyalgia flare for a month. My March meal lan is the one you did last week. Cooking has been horrible for me and I have no help cooking and I only cook for myself. Can’t wait to see this weeks meal plan.

I thank you for stressing how certain foods can be inflammatory especially wheat! So many people do Keto and have no idea that some of us do Keto to reduce the inflammation. Flours are my worst enemy. Thank you so sorry you are feeling yucky I pray you heal quickly!

I checked and netrition does have a return policy, but they do not cover shipping back to their facility, so you'd need to weigh the cost of the products vs the shipping costs. It might not be worth it to ship back. But once you do, you'll get a credit on them.
