If you feel it's a little wet then then open the lid and turn to high flame make it to desired consistency…and the 15 mins works for me your might be done in 13 mins or may take 20 mins…. So check before removing from the stove but dont overcook the breast then it's gonna be chewy… And your pure protein meal… With a little extra calories from the tomato which will probably not more than 10 or 20 cals is ready to be served ✌✌✌✌…. It works for me…
