Im Brand New to this site! I LOVE IT!! But I started reading the comments below, and it seems to me like 'Someone' in this comment thread is not being very nice to people on here. She should understand that not everyone knows the same thing as others and she should be a little less like a 'know it all' if she wants to help people get the correct answers to the questions they are being asked, just be a little more patient, and a little kinder. Thanks.

I live in the UK and whilst we cannot get the same brands for many of the recipes you can google to find the closest to them. I have just made 8 freezer meals and cant wait try them and last night we had the ham and pineapple recipe, oh my days it was amazing and will be a firm favourite in our house. Keep those freezer meal ideas coming, with us going back into lockdown the panic buying has started so i need to get those meals in the freezer so i can avoid the shopping chaos! Thank you for easing our lives with your great recipes

Although I lost 216 lb. doing low carb I like the freezer meals just like they are for a once in a while splurge. Also, couldn't you do it in the Instant Pot doing a Pot in a Pot method? Covering it with the foil would keep it sticky and do it much faster. Would that work?

you really should be teaching people about blanching veggies and such before freezing them.. especially onion, peppers and potatoes and which is the main reason potatoes change as you always mention – but you can stop that by blanching them for about 5 min and then an ice bath… yes, blanching does take a little more time in the prep work – but you do brown burger.. so blanch veggies before adding them to the bags.

Would be interesting if you could dump in a slow cooker liner and put that in a freezer bag. Then you thaw enough enough to remove outer bag and put the liner in your slow cooker and GO
