Trader Joe's sells a delicious balsamic glaze as well, FYI.
My mom made that stroganoff meal growing up but would mix canned corn in too and i hated it 😂😂. She made it when i was visiting her a few weeks ago and as an adult I was yummy and such a throw back
Wait, cottage cheese?! Why not ricotta? (Italian American here 🇮🇹)
Yellow potatoes in the instant pot then mashed with the skins on is the only way I do mashed potatoes now. Sometimes I think I’ll get russet to save some money, but I always grab the yellow potatoes in the end. They’re soooo creamy!
Shredded cheese (mixed) is a much better choice than cream cheese 🤢
I love potato soup but I add sausage (polish etc) and frozen corn plus dehydrated hash browns to thicken it a bit. Lots of pepper and Tabasco too. Yum 😋
When I force myself to take a break from watching the ongoing dumpster fire that is our world today, I enjoy watching your cooking videos. Thanks.
I make skillet lasagna all the time, but you don’t need to cook the pasta separately. It can all cook together and is ready in about 20 minutes. Brown your beef, then add jar of sauce and 3/4 jar of water bring to boil then throw uncooked pasta in. Cover with lid and let cook (stirring occasionally). It turns out amazing every time and is only one pot to clean.
Oh man I think I'll do the pork chops this week. The easier the better in summer <3
Do you have a video on how you freeze your tomatoes that you get out to make chili? Or some instructions you could give me? Thank you!
I'm so happy I saw this video before I started to look for something to cook for my dinner! The skillet lasagna sounded really good and I had all the ingredients so I gave it a shot. I did add some Italian seasoning, maybe 1 top, and topped it with some shredded mozzarella. Oh my goodness, it was wonderful! I'm probably going to try the stroganoff tomorrow night. Thanks for sharing your recipes!❤
so I've been trying to move for the last week in 80 and 90 plus degree weather I was so exhausted last night I did not want to cook but I had to feed the crew so it was a 1 lb roll of Jimmy dean sausage browned two boxes of Rice-A-Roni Wild Rice seasoned , and 2 drained cans of gr.beans 1 tsp. beef bullion mix cook and done…
Just made the lasagna bowl dish for dinner. I didn't have those noodles so I used rotini instead. It was REALLY good! I ate way too much tho lol. I am going to try the egg noodle one next week and the potato one in the winter.
I would love more tasty recipes with a short ingredient list!
The food all looks so good. I have to say the butcher box at an average of ten bucks a pound for the meat is way to steep for our family. We will be making the delicious meals with our great priced ingredients from Winco and Walmart.
I have been making your potato soup for three years now and it is definitely a hit with everyone!! My family and friends always request it 😏
Thank you for such great, easy, and money saving recipes. These days we need all the help we can get. Look forward to the next video.
Thank you for your great videos. YES Cooking can be intimidating but not when I watch you cook! I can do it!
Stroganoff is my husbands favs from his childhood. I make Tuscany soup and loaded potato as they are our family favorites. We are empty nesters and it’s great to make these dishes and freeze as they are easy to thaw and have meals prepared on triple digit heat days or even 90 degree temps.
Where do we get the balsamic glaze u used? These are great ideas ty …🦋👍
Have you ever cooked with beefy mushroom instead of cream of mushroom! Love your recipes and your great personality !
I use sour cream in my potato soup because its cheaper, generally. Great recipes! Thank you for sharing them 🙂
You're potato soup is so delicious!
Just made and ate the potato soup. Excellent! The only thing is my cream cheese didn't melt well. I think I'll try to add it at the beginning next time. I put the leftover soup in the freezer (I hope you can freeze it). I'm going to try to make your crust bread when there's more time.
I feel like those beef stroganoff needs a can of mushrooms or a package of sliced mushrooms to be absolutely over-the-top delicious
I love how often you upload! I wanna be on your game lol love your videos and recipes
I have an entire shelf in my kitchen dedicated to Classico pasta sauce jars and Aldi salsa jars. Incredibly useful to have and you'll collect them quicker than you think!
The Classico jars shouldn’t be used for process canning. I think there is a warning on the jar somewhere. They are great for so many other things though.
Potatoes are life. Especially when on a budget.
I get mine from Smart and Final, 50lb bag for $15, if there's a coupon I can get them for $10. They last almost all month and when they start getting a little soft I cook them, diced, whole, has browns, mashed, etc, for later use.
My stroganoff is this but brown gravy instead of cream of mushroom! Maybe both would be yummy?
Also, I’m lazy and like taking pics or pinning recipes so if there’s a place these are written out or if you could add them to your site that’d be awesomeeeee!
