My mom made that stroganoff meal growing up but would mix canned corn in too and i hated it 😂😂. She made it when i was visiting her a few weeks ago and as an adult I was yummy and such a throw back

Yellow potatoes in the instant pot then mashed with the skins on is the only way I do mashed potatoes now. Sometimes I think I’ll get russet to save some money, but I always grab the yellow potatoes in the end. They’re soooo creamy!

I love potato soup but I add sausage (polish etc) and frozen corn plus dehydrated hash browns to thicken it a bit. Lots of pepper and Tabasco too. Yum 😋

I make skillet lasagna all the time, but you don’t need to cook the pasta separately. It can all cook together and is ready in about 20 minutes. Brown your beef, then add jar of sauce and 3/4 jar of water bring to boil then throw uncooked pasta in. Cover with lid and let cook (stirring occasionally). It turns out amazing every time and is only one pot to clean.

I'm so happy I saw this video before I started to look for something to cook for my dinner! The skillet lasagna sounded really good and I had all the ingredients so I gave it a shot. I did add some Italian seasoning, maybe 1 top, and topped it with some shredded mozzarella. Oh my goodness, it was wonderful! I'm probably going to try the stroganoff tomorrow night. Thanks for sharing your recipes!❤

Just made the lasagna bowl dish for dinner. I didn't have those noodles so I used rotini instead. It was REALLY good! I ate way too much tho lol. I am going to try the egg noodle one next week and the potato one in the winter.

I would love more tasty recipes with a short ingredient list!

The food all looks so good. I have to say the butcher box at an average of ten bucks a pound for the meat is way to steep for our family. We will be making the delicious meals with our great priced ingredients from Winco and Walmart.

Stroganoff is my husbands favs from his childhood. I make Tuscany soup and loaded potato as they are our family favorites. We are empty nesters and it’s great to make these dishes and freeze as they are easy to thaw and have meals prepared on triple digit heat days or even 90 degree temps.

Just made and ate the potato soup. Excellent! The only thing is my cream cheese didn't melt well. I think I'll try to add it at the beginning next time. I put the leftover soup in the freezer (I hope you can freeze it). I'm going to try to make your crust bread when there's more time.

I have an entire shelf in my kitchen dedicated to Classico pasta sauce jars and Aldi salsa jars. Incredibly useful to have and you'll collect them quicker than you think!

Potatoes are life. Especially when on a budget.
I get mine from Smart and Final, 50lb bag for $15, if there's a coupon I can get them for $10. They last almost all month and when they start getting a little soft I cook them, diced, whole, has browns, mashed, etc, for later use.

My stroganoff is this but brown gravy instead of cream of mushroom! Maybe both would be yummy?
Also, I’m lazy and like taking pics or pinning recipes so if there’s a place these are written out or if you could add them to your site that’d be awesomeeeee!
