I wanted to tellyou you look very sweet and authentic and your family is beautiful. I am Greek,43, vegetarian and recently moved to Berlin and still follow your channel. Thank you for sharing all this useful stuff. Take care!
Hi Chelsea!!! I LOVE your videos!! 💕💐 I was wondering if you could please share any tips and tricks during and after pregnancy- like not gaining a ton, fighting cravings and losing baby weight 🙏🏻 I’ve been vegan five years and am wanting to get in a healthier weight range for a baby and just trying to be prepared lol (as much as possible 😜)🙏🏻🥰!! Thank you!!
Uhhhh thank you so much for this video. I’ve been vegan for over a year and I have tried to stick to the starch solution but have struggled recently with adding too much fats in so I have gained some weight. I was literally telling my self almost all the things you listed here… and this video called me out good! I am so over bingeing and having food rule over me. Got a big bag of potatoes so I’m set for the week! I feel like this video was made especially for me! Thanks for taking the time to make it.
I've just lost 60 lbs after being diagnosed with PCOS last year and I feel the thing that most helped satiety was trying to keep my protein intake as high as possible while maintaining a calorie deficit. Minimizing sugar can also cut down on cravings in a major way.
The main takeaway should be that one diet or lifestyle will not fit everyone. Experiment to see what works best for you as an individual. 🤗
200 calories per 30 minutes exercise? Man, you really aren't pushing yourself if that's that case. If I'm not running at least a 25:30 5k at minimum when I go exercise, I don't really consider it much of anything. And yes, losing weight is extremely easy. I lost like 150 lbs after I got away from my sources of depression, and found it effortless to stay like 10% body fat year round with abs and popping veins. It's just about eating real whole foods, and being somewhat active, and it comes naturally.
The biggest mistake I made was doing RT4 and having lots of refined foods and eating way too much! Thank you this as it really relates to my struggles. I am now on track again.
this past month i've made the mistake of reducing my calories too much. i wanted to lose 4 kgs in 1 month but because of the obvious binges i've "only" lost 2 but that made me understand that it is completely pointless to try and eat 1000 kcal a day and being obsessed with counting it when i could easily eat 1500 kcal and be satisfied.
My default was always restrict so badly that I was barely eating. But not losing weight either. I’ve made all 5 of those mistakes and a gazillion others. I’m a big fan of you Chelsea 💕💕
I love to cook and 'experiment', but I've noticed that when I DO experiment, I either stall, or worse, gain a pound back. So, while I'm wanting to lose more, I need to keep the calorie deficit idea in the back of my mind. Though if I DO gain a pound back, so what?! That doesn't mean I need to be strict; there are SO MANY satisfying options while staying in a deficit. Just keep things in perspective. Until I found your channel Chelsea, I never would have thought I could eat this much and still lose. YOU ROCK!
Not drinking enough water is an issue for me but a bigger issue is having a husband who doesn’t eat like I want to eat and then makes something and brings it to me to eat. How do I turn that food away knowing I shouldn’t have it?? Then beat myself up because I ate it.
If u eat to little calories, your metabolism will slow, and if it's extreme for a long period of time your body will go into starvation mode and, will hang on to fat, plus your body will break down your muscles first, which is exactly what u don't want happening, coming from a certified dietitian, it is and had been scientifically proven many times
I’ve been slowly losing weight over the last year. Im down 30 lbs! I used to have such a negative view on food and weight loss. I constantly thought about what I had to cut out and give up. My secret now is that I think of what to ADD to my diet. Add veggies to every meal, add some fresh fruit to desert, add nutrition, add fiber, add all that good stuff, and you’ll see the difference ❤️
Awesome!! Love this! I love using my fitness pal and tracking. Have lost 20kg eating this way and still have 10kg to go and sharing my journey on my channel to keep myself accountable. 43 and I am healthier and fitter than what I was at 23 🥰🥔💪🚴♀️🍠🥑

But how long did it take you to lose the weight? 6m, 1yr or 2?

I'm so happy you found the key
I gained weight eating 20 bananas a day I'm so happy I'm free from the raw vegan lifestyle
