Hey Julia, this might be a silly question. But how do you store your chicken, and other meats before you use it? For instance, my family gets the individual packages from Costco, and put them in the freezer. Kind of the same thing with hamburger meat, and others. My family puts a good pound in sandwich bags, and also put them in the freezer until we use them. Kind of drives me crazy. 😂 Stay awesome. ❤

No need to respond, you've already thanked me. Just wanted to say, you are the best. I find your videos soothing, and you have changed the way we say 'cheese' in our house. You should be on PBS with your own kids show. Thank you for making these vids.

As a single guy I like that you don't use any weird exotic ingredients and just stick with the basic stuff like butter, salt, pepper, vinegar etc… Also the use of pre made stuff like cake mixes and canned stuff is very creative!

First time brave enough to try making one of your meals. I did the sheet pan Greek chicken w/ veg. The husband and I both give it 10s across the board! I made a few minor adjustments, primarily out of need and taste preference. I couldn't find the Kraft Greek dressing at my Safeway, so used Ken's. I imagine not huge difference, but I'm going to keep my eye out for the Kraft as I am for sure making this again and the Ken's will be used up soon enough. I lessened the potatoes to add hearts of palm because I had a can I was going to use for something and then didn't. It seemed like it would be a good fit. It was. I also doubled the artichoke hearts because we love 'em! This was so filling. I always worry about chicken breast in the oven, but it was perfectly juicy. The dish was bright, pleasantly salty, and finished with a vinegary zing!

Hello from Greece! I absolutely love your channel!! I had to comment…😂 I HAD ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA that you in the US have something who is called a Greek salad dressing…!!! 🤣🤣 We just mix olive oil, vinegar, S&P (sometimes garlic in the dressings)

Thank you for your videos! I have been lost for quite a while on what to make for my family. I usually end up making the same thing all the time or failing experiments. 😂 Growing up I wasn't taught how to cook and taught myself how to make most of my own vegetarian and plant based meals. Now I have a husband, a 4 year old, and a baby in the way. They love meat and we have run into some hard times with money. Unfortunately my son is severely allergic to dairy and cannot eat the majority of the meals you show, or if I modify them they get too expensive. Dairy cream is cheaper than coconut milk for example, and dairy cheese is cheaper than crappy plant based cheese. I watch your videos all the time for ideas and they're great, but if you or anyone else knows of more channels with more dairy free recipes please share with me! Or perhaps Julia can throw in a few more of her favorite dairy free recipes. 😁
