Delightful video… I started making my own bread some time ago . So much cheaper than shop bought.
    Tastier too..
I also cut up old and worn dish cloths and use them instead of using paper towel.
My Insta pot is a very much used appliance in my kitchen.
I make my own bone broth,
    Batch cook rice,
    Make all kinds of soup,
Cook all types of meats ,
    Chicken,
    Pickled pork( delicious )
    Corned meats,
Pea and ham soup is just perfect cooked this way.
I love using my Insta pot, as well as my slow cooker…

    Thank you. Cheers from Australia…

Those potatoes look so good! I recently made my daughter's birthday cake and frosted it with .99 cake mix and frosting. We got Outback take away as I had $50 in gift cards that I got from cashing in credit card points. Our meal was $25 out of pocket for 3 meals. My daughter turned 29.

I only make my granola recipe in the crockpot now since you showed us how. Thank Emmy! I only make mashed potatoes in the instant pot! Super easy. Try that Emmy & Paul.

I make cheap, healthy popcorn for friends. Take a small handful of popping corn (plain kernels) and put in a brown paper lunch bag. Tear a small vent hole on one side of the bag, fold the top over twice, and microwave for 2.5 minutes. Shake out into bowl and add toppings. We drizzle a bit of olive oil and a shake of garlic salt. Fresh yummy popcorn anytime you want it. If no microwave, pop kernels in a little oil on stove and season as you like. Super economical and you get away from the chemicals in the “convenience” foil bags.

I enjoy seeing what you've got on the counter behind you in each video. You all did a pretty good job for your first time frying potatoes. I usually just cut the potato length wise and then into thin slices, coat with a little flour and cook in a cast iron skillet.

Hi Emmy and Paul. I found your channel last week and have been binging on it. Proud to say we've started, as of last week, to purchase only basics and finish what we have. As a family of 4 it's not been easy but definitely doable. And I'm proud of that. My question for you is how do you do it to purchase the bags for the freezer vacuum sealer machine? I ask b/c the individual bags are very expensive, $20 for 2 8×20 inch. It's something my husband and I want to get in some point.

I don't go out often on weekends unless it's free or rare special occasions. What I have found, is a lot of people are not content at home because they need distractions…they aren't happy or content. They need to be going, going, going in order to feel good.

I make cleaners also. Never thought about the rinds in vinegar! Definitely giving that a go. I spent the morning making laundry detergent. I love your channel!

A little tip. you can use sugar scrub all over your body, not just hands and feet, it helped me get rid of my razor bumps on mz legs and those tiny acne, I have been using it for years, and the oil leaves a skin so moisturised and soft, once a week is enough. It can also be sued to remove tanning cream if that is something that you do!

Hi Emmy and Paul, if you have not done it already, you might choose mechanical pencils that are refillable so that you only have to buy more lead not more pencils. Some of the containers can be reused for things like sewing needles, etc.
My favorite DIY is a funny one, it's cat toys. Most fur babies do not need the fancy stuff so I find what they like to play with and make them a toy from stuff around the house.
The DIY that I want to try is some home grown vegetables and herbs. We will see how it goes.
    Have a great day.

I’ve made sugar scrub for gifts using sugar, almond oil, and a few drops of lavender essential oil. Sugar scrubs are so nice on dry skin. **Just be careful using homemade sugar scrubs in the shower, as the oil can make the bottom of the tub or shower slippery!! **

Those homemade hot chocolate bombs were pretty. Got some too for gifts but I gave away…too much sugar and sweets for us. I " loved" receiving and then said goodbye for someone else to enjoy…ha ha 😂
I did the same with some Bath Bombs I got….gave to friends who love them. I’m a shower person. Lol
