45 min delicious pot roast!

   – Press the Sauté button on your instapot.
   – Pour in olive oil.
   – Season both sides of your roast.
   – Brown both sides of your roast.
   -Turn off Instantpot
   – Add veggies of your choice (usually carrots and potatoes)
   – Pour in broth at least halfway covering your roast
   – Add 1-2 packs of Lipton onion soup mix on top of roast and veggies
   – Close lid and press the stew button
   – After the Instantpot cooks the roast release the pressure
   – Enjoy 😋
