Can you use an ekovana pot to cook the cake? Would you keep the lid on if you did use the ekovana pan (instead of using tin foil)?

I’m having issues with the pot in a pot. I tried to put green beans in one of my pots and potatoes in the other put them on a trivet, pressured for 10 min. Quick release and they were still hard, both of them. Can you tell me what I’m doing wrong. Please help me.

I'm a little confused. I'm new with the instant pot, so forgive this question if it's dumb. In your video for beginners, you said not to overfill the Instant Pot yet when you made the meatloaf and potatoes, the pan looked like it was practically level with the very top. Is it ok to do that when the food is in a pan or is it always a no-no? I got mine for Christmas and I swear, the thing has turned me into Martha Stewart overnight. Everything comes out perfect and full of flavor!

Just got my Instant Pot and meatloaf sounds awesome! I cannot wait do try making it.
On my meatloaf, I use Barbeque sauce instead of Ketchup and I use breadcrumbs. Like Stove top or some other kind of stuffing mix instead of oatmeal and of course mushrooms and onions in mine. you should try it this way and let me know how you like it.
umm u should not be eating eyes of potatoes_ especially if starting to sprout (Contain concentrated plant anti-nutrients) …. But these ARE very useful recipes that will become favourites here too… I love yr recipes!

I tried the poke cake and it was not cooked in the center at all. It was jelly batter for about 4”. I used your cook time too. What can I do differently Kristin HELP!!
