I love taste of home recipes! We actually prefer TaterTot casseroles in the crockpot with the softer potatoes. Great video Tamara! ❤️

I never thought to try corn on the cob in the crock pot. Will have to try that. I will work on my video this evening when I get home from work. I didn't expect a 2 day hospital stay or it would have been done.
When a baked chocolate recipe calls for espresso, it makes the flavor of the chocolate richer and more pronounced. It doesn't normally add a coffee taste to the final product. You may also want to try adding a splash of vanilla to it next time as well. I always add vanilla and coffee to anything chocolate I bake.

I could watch the cheese sprinkle over that sloppy joe tater tot casserole all day. My family loves meals with our cheese 😂.
The coffee just enhances the chocolate. You don’t taste the coffee. It makes your chocolate taste more chocolaty. 😊
