You are so crazy! ๐๐ I enjoy you so much!
Jill you are too funny…love your energy.
Nice. And funny
Baking soda makes quick work of those rice stains in the bottom of the pot. (For those that are a little picky)

You have a lot of interesting recipes on your youtube channel that makes it worth coming here. But although I have an electric pressure cooker, just not an ip, and I think these things do a lot of things very well I sometimes use other methods because I think they work better. I still boil rice in a pan on the stove. I tried the pc and see no advantage. I still steam boiled eggs in a pan with a little water as this works well and I see no advantage to a pc. But there are a lot of other things that they do very well. I have the electric pc and a stove top pc and I use them both and I like them both.
Hi. It's 4 minutes, because you cooked the beans yesterday! I thought that the point of the speed of a pressure-cooker is that I don't have to cook the beans beforehand! How long does it take if you put in the beans raw?
You're crazy! Subbed:p
Soup/Stew Looks amazing!! ๐
sorry but hard to take serious wearing rabbit ears; why
Omgoodness girl you crack me up I just love watching you always making my day thank you for sharing all your recipe s & instructions and information on the instant pot and everything you cook can't wait to see the bamboo tray in that and the potstickers/dumplings can't wait to see the videos ๐๐
Jill, I only use canned beans . And I usually rinse them once I open the can. That being said I wouldnโt have the added liquid , do I need to add any liquid to this recipe?
you are so cheerful and funny. great video. last night i ordered an instant pot. should be here sometime this week!!
Love your enthusiasm, Jill. Your videos have been a godsent
I have found that using crushed tomatoes and little to no broth makes a the consistency of chili really nice!
You need to get the new DUO30 model so you can have a Goldilocks in the line up ๐
Did you get the bamboo steamer baskets. Would be interested how that worked out.
Jill, you make my day a little happier! You remind me of my zany sister! Keep up the big smiles!
Yum num num num!
Hey Jill! I haven't been here for a while. I do use lots of your recipes on a regular basis. I think about you and smile often. I pretty much cook like you did in this making whatever comes to mind with whatever I have in the house. I wanted to say that you sparked a thought for me in this video. My hubby's family is from Texas originally. Whenever I make soups or stews he has to have crackers or corn bread preferably to soak up all the broth or liquid or he doesn't eat the broth. This always seemed a bit weird to me. Then here you are saying the same thing. I think it must be a Texas or perhaps a southern thing. Any thoughts on that?
You are so funny!!
I own the smaler Instant Pot for about 4 month now and I LOVE it! Just thinking about to buy the 8-quat pot too if it is available in Germany. But we are only three person in our houshold. So it might be a little bit tooo big. Well, will keep on thinking.
Thanks for this entertaining video! Will try this soup soon.
you come across as such a lovely person.
So excited to see what you do with the bamboo steamer! I have a little one that will fit in my 6 quart iP and was wondering if I could use it in the IP, yay! Thank you so much ๐

Thanks for all your videos. Love you very much.
If I add soaked cannelloni beans, how much stock do I need and how long do I cook for?
I've been researching the Instant Pot and have chosen the 8 quart model. I can't find a glass lid accessory for this size for slow cooking. Do you know if one is available?
I have older and newer versions of the IP-DUO 60. The hidden "keep warm" toggle option is on the newer 6 quart Instant Pot models as well, but not the older. There are some other differences as well: The newer model has a replaceable power cord, while the older model have a power cord wired directly into the appliance. Also, the new model will remember the time settings you use in different models and default to the last time you used. The older model just has hardcoded default times, like 30 minutes for manual pressure cooker. The differences are pretty minor for day-to-day use. We use our older and newer IP-DUO 60s interchangeably.
I am so excited as I WILL be ordering the 8 qt iPot on January 20th!! Of course I will use your link. Thank you for sharing you & your family's. plant based life. You are a huge blessing to many!
I enjoy your videos; not only because you are knowledgeable about vegan recipes, and how to use the I-pot, but also because you are very entertaining, and fun to watch. I've tried many of your recipes –and even got my carnivore husband to enjoy vegan food! Thank you Jill for all you do. I am a big fan!

Jill, I wasn't able to get the live show on Sat. because I didn't have Internet that day. I just wanted to let you know. I'm really looking forward to your next live cooking stream… XOXO ๐
Oh, that 8 qt iPot looks intimidating, size-wise. My 6 qt is a little too big for meals, but rocks for doing beans and stocks…Woot!
Your stew/soup looks like my Spicy Vegetable Soup, which I've never made in the iPot. I usually raid the fridge and freezer for aging veggies, plus any cooked rice/pasta or potatoes…season it, depending on the veg and my mood…I've always made mine on the stovetop…just because. I like "seat of the pants" meals like this…allows me to get creative with just a few ingredients. Thumbs Up…
Wow! I love the size of it! I could definitely use that, 'cause I like to cook major pots of starchy, beany, vegetably goodness, too.๐๐
OK if you had to pick only one which of the three models would you pick? The biggest? Is there any reason to have the other two smaller ones?
Five Little Peppers and How They Grew!!ย Bet you don't remember that book, lol
Have you tried Butler Foods Sam's Taco Crumbles? I just made a chili with it and it was fantastic. I used Penzey's Arizona Dreaming chili spice mix. I love Penzey's too.
Please keep doing the regular recipe videos as well. Thanks!
This looks yummy! I like to eat pinto beans over cornbread!
Yum! I need the cornbread recipe too! ๐
Thanks for the video Jill. Tell me more about the beans you added though. Is there a link for how you did your beans. The bean broth looks so creamy as you were adding it to your soup pot. Thanks so much.
I really need to get me one of those instapots… It would greatly benefit my health ๐
