I got my Honey Garlic Chicken recipe from Six Sister's Stuff. It only calls for 1/4 tsp of red pepper flakes and that's enough spice for me. I use chicken thighs. If you really want to get the flavor through your chicken breast meat. Cut it up in small pieces before cooking so they can soak in the flavors. I've done mine in the Instant Pot and it takes like 12 minutes with thawed chicken and a little longer with frozen. Between the recipes I get from you and a few others, I've been able to really add different meals to our rotation that my family loves. Just love your Saulsbury steak recipe.

I liked the recipes but for the few who say it’s not healthy. Recipes can be adjusted for your diet and tastebuds. For my family we use coconut sugar and sauces & seasoning that have no salt or low sodium.

Hey Kimmie! If you put plastic wrap over the crockpot and slit a hole in the middle, then put your handmixer in and it will help with the splattering of the chicken.

Thank you for this fantastic video! Don’t have a slow cooker, but I find that your recipes always work fantastic in the oven, covered for an hour at 375.

I really need a recommendation on a slow cooker that doesn't just boil the food even on low. I really want to try the Alfredo freezer meal. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Good Morning Kimmie!! You made me giggle about your parsley jar being messy. I have a garlic powder plastic jar from when my hubby and I first got married 33 years ago…that poor jar has no label, is a little melted, but it still holds our garlic powder. It still works and we know what's in it without thinking. I look at that jar like our marriage….there has been some rough times, but we are still good and "spicy" with each other!πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ Refilling that jar just reminds me how lucky and happy of a life I live. Wishing you a JOYFUL day!!
