    👌👏Eat vegetables raw ? Before making this statement on YouTube University did you consider to consult from a gut doctor or nutritionist ?

    ✅Eating raw any fruit or vegetable will cause you more harm then benefits, the plant defense chemicals, sprayed pesticides, anti nutrition properties are high in there in such raw vegetables. Eating them raw will cause you firstly bloating then pain or tightness in stomach & little diarrhea.

    I strongly recommend after washing your fruits or vegetables just buy ozonxizer and switch the process for atleast 20 mins to let all pesticides, viruses, bacteria and heavy metals to gow away.

    Frozen vegetables are actually frozen as soon as they are harvested so they actually retain the nutrients. Please STOP derailing people.
