The peel of the russet potatoes are where more than 95% of the vitamins are in those potatoes!! (Including Vitamin C!!!). An antioxidant VERY important for optimal good health! (Plus, they are REALLY tasty, too!)

Just SCRUB the potato skins with a scrub brush (under water!) BEFORE cooking the potatoes.

great videos and recipes, thank you! tip, rub some toothpaste on the camera lenz and then wipe it off with a damp cloth and it’ll prevent fogging up when you get too close to the steam 🙂

Wow, I made Your recipe for mashed potatoes with milk and sour cream, plus Your recipe for Sweet Potato Casserole for our Thanksgiving Potluck Dinner. Everyone gave them rave reviews and I was so pleased with the results! I wanted to try Your Stuffing and Turkey too, but someone else signed up for those dishes. 😊😊😊😊
But Your videos made Thanksgiving soooooooo easy, and the results were delightful. Thank You soooooooo much for sharing, I love Your recipes and so did everyone at our Potluck. 😊😊😊😊❤❤❤❤🌸🌸🌸🌸

👍👍👍🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Peel and fry the skins for the whiners. They love them and the health conscious who don't have whiners can feed skins to the animals. dogs, cats, squirrels, birds, mice etc.

Any chance You have a recipe for Plank Fries or Ranch Fries, or whatever the correct name is for them? The local convience store/gas station makes those and they are to die for, all golden brown and crispy, perfectly seasoned. But I could sure save alot of money if I learn to make my own in my Foodi. At $5 a pop per person for a small size, these are our latest food addiction.
