Can't wait to try that soup, yum!!! I keep my fresh ginger in the freezer so it never goes bad and I always have it on hand. It grates super easy right from frozen.
Everything looks incredible!. That soup reminds me of my mom's goulash, just in soup form. I also want to try that Mongolian beef. My son likes pasta anything! Also, my favorite comfort soup is potato soup but I also make a broccoli cheese potato soup which is almost like broccoli cheddar soup and potato soup had a baby….yum!

All of these look delicious, and I love Jen's channel as well! My favorite soup to make is cabbage soup which is super easy, my favorite to eat are corn chowder or french onion!

Thanks for more great ideas Amanda! I love spinach artichoke dip. That chicken baked with it on top looked amazing. I like how you did the orzo on the side too. Something a little different than the usual rice or potatoes. I also love adding sesame oil to any Chinese food dinner. Just adds so much great flavor. Hope you are having a great weekend!

My favorite soup recipe is one from Taste of Home. I forget what it’s called but it’s got lentils, spinach, and Italian sausage. I definitely want to try that soup you made though. Looks delish!
