This was AMAZING! I spent an hour looking for udon stir fry recipes because I was looking for a specific taste, and this recipe absolutely nailed it. I didn't have pork so I substituted for chicken thighs and it turned out so freaking good. I'm so full but I want more D:

Made this just now. Most of the time I cannot recreate Asian dishes because I don't have all the ingredients. But for this I had everything. Made this as a late night snack. It was absolutely delicious. Will make for dinner tomorrow.

Best stir fry i've made. Substituted with Chicken breast. The "fresh" udon's quality is much better and yummier than instant noodles, and the oyster sauce gives this unique and delicious umami/salty

This is so good! I used fried tofu and fresh udon noodles from my noodle maker. I also added mushrooms and used thinly sliced Brussel sprouts because I had them instead of cabbage. Delicious. Thank you!

I have been wanting to cook udon for a long time, but have no confidence to do it especially when I am so used to cooking only Chinese noodles. After watching this, where it looks so simple and similar to cooking Chinese noodles, I am game to give it a go this weekend.😁
