    I made mine with whole milk homogenized and pasteurized. Just need to make sure the PH is at 5-5.2 , I also added a little calcium chloride. It is so much better when you add lipase tho !!!!

    Using the 1/2 cup white vinegar to 1/2 gallon of milk method instead of rennet I noticed the cheese lasts like 2 weeks instead of 2-3 days.. it also tastes better the longer it sets .. to me it does. Thanks josh.

    Mozzarella tastes disgusting…it’s like chewing gum. Why are people so obsessed with cheese? I can’t relate. The only type of cheese I like is cheddar and I crave it once in a blue moon.
