    They had this on the menu at the hospital when I was in. I got it a lot. I would order it right before they closed the kitchen so I could have a late snack. How does it still stay melty in the center? Looks better than restaurant quality! Yum!

    Hi Dave! Once again you make it look so easy!! Ok, so I’m strange – I’m not a big fan of peanut butter. Could I successfully use pudding instead? I imagine I could use a fruit spread, but I’d rather use pudding if you think it would work.

    Dave, no wonder the girls like you, lol, strawberries are their fave fruit, plus in ice cream & I spoiled them by purchasing the good expensive ice cream with real strawberries, no artificial flavors for them as they will sing " we reject it", lol, this a great recipe & a yes on the girls, wife and I also but I'm limited( type 2) but I do indulge on occassion, I really like lava cake so this is a teaser for me, lol, keep your stick on the ice pal
