My number one habit is to plan my dinners out about 10 days at time. I shop ingredients specific to that meal plan. We follow it about 95% or more. Occasionally we switch out days but we will circle back to all dinners because that's how I've shopped. One gateway habit is to type up the list. One is to use the personal shopper feature and the app to shop. I just drive and pick up. This saves me from impulse snd junk food buying. I have other habits I've developed. This one is key for me. I have to have plenty of repetition and easy meals with one or two in 10 days that take more time to make. I also have my husband cook one, maybe two nights a week. Teamwork is a beautiful thing.

You can freeze your own cooked rice. I do this with my brown + black rice combo since I am the only one that eats it in the family. I use empty hummus containers or some package that I would otherwise throw away to store them in the freezer. You can reheat this easily in the microwave without worrying about thawing or sogginess. It is a time saver!

Perfect timing! I needed the reminder to have smaller daily habits that will set me up for success in my health journey. Thanks for sharing the oil free hummus recipe too. I love hummus & didn't realize you could get/make an oil free version. Love your page & content! ☺

Thanks for the video Tia! I would love to hear more about your experience with your rebounder. Are you still using it? I just ordered one, partly because you planted that seed and I went down the rabbit hole. 🐇

I have been watching some of your "older" video's tonight. Trying to eat plant based. This was my first day of eating that way. I would love to lose about 8 to 9 kilo's in a healthy way. Thank you for sharing. You look beautiful! Deborah from The Netherlands
