    Bull binder has oats…. Add liquid to sausage…. What about oat milk? Kind of an all in one binder/liquid. I dunno I've never made sausage. I'm just an expert sausage making cause you know i watched a YouTube video.

    I just made my first batch of sausage using your spice mix replacing some of the normal ingredients of a chicken and roast garlic sausage I've made before (recipe from Ruhlman), it worked very well, probably a better texture then I've had in the past, probably due to the high temp milk powder and mustard powder. I've found the big issue with texture is not so much when it's fresh but binder seems to help keep a good texture after you freeze it.
