So I have a question. I started a WFPB lifestyle recently (lost 8 pounds in 10 days) and felt great. Then I got sick; down and out – in bed for a week. Felt like Covid but tested negative…..3 times! My question is, how do I get back into it? I have no desire to strap on my feed bag of greens. Have you ever experienced this?

I mean this in the nicest possible way and am not commenting on your general awesomeness: these sauces suck. Super disappointed. :-/

Sat here, melting from the Spicy Tahini recipe after I misread the recipe and added 2 TABLESPOONS of Scotch Bonnet and Habanero Pepper Sauce instead of 2 teaspoons 🥲😂

Recipe update – if I substitute ground/powdered ginger for fresh… don’t use 4 tsp of ground ginger! 😳 … so I’m learning. After I made the 2nd batch with the correct amount, it was delicious! Ty

I love the spicy tahini sauce (and next time I'm adding 1/8 or 1/4 tsp Wright's Liquid Smoke).. One suggestion: since the ingredients are added all at once, I suggest that for a given measure (e.g., 1 tsp), the dry ingredients be listed first, followed by the wet ingredients. Thus in the spicy tahini sauce, the list would have paprika precede maple syrup and apple-cider vinegar rather than follow them. (I would also list the vinegar before the syrup.) In this way, some adding ingredient in list order will not find themselves trying to add a dry ingredient using a wet measuring spoon — in this case, adding paprika with a spoon that's just added maple syrup and apple-cider vinegar. — I do like the recipes, though I follow a whole-food plant-based diet and thus don't eat highly processed foods like vegan yogurt. But the other two fit comfortably within a whole-food diet.
