I love your videos, thank you very much. I would like to ask a question though with a challenge I'm having. The recipes are great; however, I only cook for me. I like leftovers but many of these recipes the outcome takes terrible as leftovers. Would you be interested in posting, or adding to your videos on how to reduce the recipe for small portions? I'm open to suggestions and/or that isn't your focus. I understand. Time is precious and you are already giving so much.

Thanks for the recipes. They look good. Especially the sticky bread. However, I don’t really see how sausage gravy is any faster or easier in the Instant Pot. The sausage is only a couple of minutes away from being fully cooked. Just add the flour, stir and cook for those couple minutes and add the milk and stir. Waiting the ten or fifteen minutes it takes to pressurize and then cook is pointless. Not looking to criticize as I love your videos, just an observation.

Thank you so very much for making such easy to follow videos of recipes and such easy to make recipes. I'm visually impaired and I made the biscuits and gravy today. They tasted delicious and I've been trying to make a gravy for years to no avail until now!

Had trouble with the pull apart bread, did for 30 min,and still wasn’t done, how many more mins.should I have cooked it at? It was still separated also, not able to pull apart. I’m new to instant pot,so any additional info would be a great help! Thank you!

I do love my Instant Pot and use it for recipes that make sense, Gravy makes no sense at all in the Instant Pot, my gravy on the stove top would be completely finished before the Instant Pot came to pressure. Why do people use the pot for recipes that don't make sense???

As for the dough being sticky if you wet your fingers with some cool water it will help a lot.

I’ve seen recipes where of these little egg cups can be staggered as they’re put in so that it’s doubled. Is this possible with this recipe or do they really need to have exposed tops? And so with the putting one, you’re just putting the uncooked putting mix in? Yum!
