    This randomly showed up in my feed but I got so excited when you made the empanadas! I didn’t realize they were made with masa. I always thought they were made with regular flour which I can’t eat anymore. So I’m going to try this now. I’d love to see more recipes you can make with masa. Besides tortillas and tamales, I mean. 😍

    I just made the empanadas from our leftover roast. It was soooooo yummy. My 13 year old tasted them and I asked him how many he wanted me to make him…he said…18. Lol. Thank you so much for a quick easy recipe!!!

    add a potato cust in half to absorb the gas. It does not get rid of all of it, but helps. Just cook the potato with the beans and throw it away when done. It will make the beans less gassy.
