I am loving all 3 of these recipes but I’m having a really hard time stopping and starting constantly to write down the ingredients and of course following each step in the recipe. Is the recipe listed somewhere? That would be very convenient and appreciated. Otherwise I guess I’ll just have to write it down and make a recipe card for it. Tks!

That brand of tortillas low carbs isn't really that low…the one brand that is is Ole brand ..with the insoluable and soluable…it cancels out to true zero carb…the mission will spike you higher than the Ole brand…

Wow what great recipes. I love variety so thank you for this vid. I am keeping as low carb as I can. Also do the fasting with a eating window of 6-8 hours. For lunch I aim for almost zero carbs. So today for lunch I had sliced beef, two types of cheese and some sour cream with one no sugar pickle and mixed with the sour cream. One cup of coffee with cream and might have had 2 carbs. Wasn’t a big meal but I am full.

Have you tried crisping up the Mr. Tortilla in the shape of chips? I spray them with olive oil on both sides from my Misto(everyone on low carb needs one of these for olive or avocado oil) and a grind or two of salt. I cut them with my pizza wheel, then cook them up in the air fryer, turning once after two minutes or so, then one more minute of crisping and let them sit on a couple paper towels to cool. Enjoy with some cheese dip and a bit of salsa, or your guacomole in the portioned cups from Wholy Guacomole. They are great with a keto chili or in chicken tortiilla soup!

Hi Renee, I am new to this so forgive my stupid question here: is this a keto diet? Also, if it is keto, is there a keto cookbook or reference book you could recommend? Thanks so much! I love all your shared information❣️

Way to much hassle. Grill a steak, add butter, eat. If you feel like you have to have a side, eat a well loaded salad. Minimal shopping, min clean up. Happy body.

And for those that are saying steak is too expensive, its not when you are not buying all that other stuff.

I’m going to try the chicken recipe but leave the skin on. There is a lot of good fat in the skin, and it’s delicious. It’s annoying when I can’t find chicken breasts with skin. Skin is the best part of the chicken and we are throwing it away. Thank you for the recipes!

Love these low carb recipes and menu ideas as well as food brand recommendations. I have been IF since March and have lost 54 pounds but my weight loss has slowed. I do believe I have been enjoying too many carbs but these suggestions I’m confident will help me get the ball rolling again. Thank you for sharing and hoping you will continue to share ideas and recipes.

These recipes look mouth watering for sure. I did buy the Mission low Carb Tortillas and the cheese inserts. ( my god they are GOOD) I put some plant based meatballs cut up with sauce and heated it and it was great. The cheese inserts are fabulous. Thank you for receipes videos. In fact it's time to go in and try the Chicken.
The cooking wine makes a hugh difference in flavor and I'm making the cheesy, wine, & cream sauce to pour over the chicken. I must go now Renee as your recipes make me salivate. Thank you so much for your time and effort. You bring us joy.

Cooking wine has a high amount of sodium plus a horrible off taste! If you don't drink wine, go to Trader Joe's and buy their Charles $3 wine. Usually if you cook with wine, the rule is if you won't drink it, don't use it for cooking. Also, there is low carb pasta and whole grain low carb pasta as well. As a diabetic, sugar content is also a major issue with various condiments and sauces.
