I had been on the fence about owning an instapot until my Hubby surprised me with one last week. I made this and figured it would make or break me on the instapot 😂 I was blown away at how easy this recipe is. So delicious and creamy! Thank You for the great tutorial… will be making this regularly.

Question: putting the culture into the milk and then boil it, doesn't it kill the culture?  I was thinking more in line of adding the culture after the boil and cooldown.

I have not seen FAIRLIFE milk – to be honest, never really looked for it. I shop at DILLONS/KROGERS so don't know if they carry it. We have an ALDI's and Hy-VEE. Where do you get FAIRLIFE MILE??

I used this recipe and made yogurt the other night and it turned out amazing! Thank you for the recipe. One thing though… The video confused me a bit regarding the lid and you mentioned that you can use the lid or put a plate on top and I was thinking… I want to use the lid, so does it need to be on venting or sealing? So I went to you site, found the recipe and unlike the video it said to put the lid on sealing. I did and it worked. Maybe it doesn't matter, I don't know but… if you're on the fence regarding sealing or venting… Sealing worked for me. 🙂

I received the Instant Pot yogurt cups for Christmas. How do I use those with this recipe? Do I just add the ingredients into the cups instead of the large metal pot? Or are they meant to store already created yogurt? Thank you for your help!!

This is literally a game changer! I can't begin to tell you how how much I love this yogurt (& so does my family!) I leave the SCM out and we sweeten ours with local honey and top with fresh or frozen fruit! AMAZING!

mine did turn out either. what does it mean when she says take the sealing lid off? switch it venting? mine was completely liquidy. kinda sweet smell, slightly bitter taste.

I just made this and it is delicious! I love that it's sweet enough but not too sweet. The taste reminds me of the yogurt in Chick-fil-A's parfaits. It's really good and creamy! I had to set mine for 11 hours and it turned out fantastic.

Great video and thank you, have made it 3 times family loves it but mine comes out with the consistency like the sweeten condensed milk. Not sure why have followed the recipe to the T.
