Ms Lori, I have a batch of these on the oven right now, but I’m worried. Tour recipe says a 15 oz jar of apple sauce, bit the video shows a 24 ounce jar, so I dumped the whole jar in. I also forgot to put the apples in, and I have a big bag that I’m trying to use!😅. Hope they turnout ok. They smell good.
Later – just came out of the oven. I ate one. It is really moist! But good.

Applesauce replaces eggs that’s how you make edible cookie dough we will make chocolate chip cookies and you just wanna eat the dough you make the eggs and use applesauce in the place and replacement

That looks like an awesome way to use up some excess applesauce. Hopefully the cake mix spices are strong enough to hide the applesauce. Hubby doesn't care for it but our apple tree is good for nothing but sauce. So I've got oodles and oodles of applesauce, apple butter, apple bbq sauce and even some apple chutney. I'm always looking for a way to use the applesauce but keep it hidden. Thank you, Lori!
I make a similar muffin using oat flour, canned pumpkin, applesauce, raisins and pumpkin spice. It comes together so quick and they turn out delicious every time!
My favorite grocery store occasionally offers 10 for $10 cake mixes.. gotta add some spice cake mixes to my regular yellow, white, and chocolate cake mixes. I can almost smell those muffins baking. Thank you for this quick and easy recipe.
