I have a tree of heaven. The branches break easily. They have a nice curvature. I painted several in white and created an arched baugh, about 4 feet across. I tied it in the center with wire. I wrap it in soft white lights with white cording. Then I hang some old chandelier parts on it. Either tear drops or a short string of glass. I add white and silver silk pointsettas in the center to hide the wire. I hang it above the big bay window in the dinning room and another in the livingroom. (indoors)

Thank you for sharing your home and personal history. What a rich life! Regarding the stockings: I have made very elaborate stockings for all of the children born into my extended family. I choose kits from Bucilla, and each stocking takes me about two months to make. This year I made three and started on them in June or July. I finished about a month ago. It's very relaxing to do this type of hand sewing in front of the TV.

look with your eyes … NOT your hands when you are at someone's home… your thoughts about the tactile feel of Christmas and that experience is true however it is RUDE and disrespectful to handle other peoples things without asking first !

Love when you said that there's a lot of things you like but don't know if you could co-exist with on a daily basis – I definitely identify with that! Which is why I love peeking into other's homes and seeing all the beautiful things that are perfect for their spaces!

Hi Linda and Stewart, watching this while enjoying a glass of wine and writing up Christmas cards. I remember a video of Linda making soup with her son, and her countenance was glowing with happiness from having his company. So great, in all you share, thank you.

❤ what a fun video. It took me a while to watch it, as I was at the office and working and I would turn it on and watch a little bit then turn it off and watch a little bit and turn it off. It’s always fun to see The different decorations in different homes and I just love it. Sending hugs, love, prayers and kindness.❤

I do like your Christmas 3 hour videos. I would like to see more in the different seasons. Also I love your gardens and all of the thrift store finds you use in all of your garden spaces. Keep up the good work.
