    Erm, so you're boiling the pasta and then leaving it for 20 minutes? You're either going to have stuck together cold pasta, or mush. I feel the sequence of events isnt quite right here πŸ™‚

    Of all the gluten free pasta, I love the quinoa pasta. It's almost like wheat pasta and not "crumblie" at all. Tonight's dinner is a veggie lasagna with eggplant and zucchini with a almond lasagna noodles. But you have me wanting to eat mushrooms instead, maybe tomorrow night's dinner.
