    Please note: onions and beans that are baked may be a FODMAP which doesn't agree with some people, and if you are on a FODMAP diet from your dietician, please consult them before using them in a recipe.

    Precious puppy! I really enjoy you and your videos. Downloaded your book from Kindle app today. Anxious to try something. I just started the FODMAP diet about a week ago and it seems to really be helping my stomach issues.

    I am slightly confused as sausages and creamy foods are a no no for ibs according to what I have been reading. There is so much contradicting information out there. Totally lost with all this IBS info 😔

    Just wonderful, I've been looking for "ibs in children" for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried – Mackorny Defeat IBS Blueprint – (should be on google have a look ) ? Ive heard some decent things about it and my friend got excellent results with it

    Soooo.. challenge I have to stay away from pork, acidic (e.g..tomatoes 😞), gassy veggies like broccoli and fam, also no onions or garlic nor raw veggies or starch and sugar .. do you have any recipes I can use with these provisions? Anyone? Please help.. ☺️

    I’m in the process of getting diagnosed with ibs and it’s been really upsetting and I felt rly hopeless that I couldn’t enjoy food anymore. I’m 19 and this is a such a big change in my life. Thank you so much for this, I feel so much less anxious and your recipes look delicious 🖤

    I've been having major stomach issues for months now and didn't understand why. I did some research and think it may be IBS. While I wait for a dr appointment I'm going to try to change how I eat to hopefully get some relief. I found your channel and I'm so grateful I did. The low fodmap diet is super overwhelming but your recipes look delicious. Thank you!
