For mango don't peel. Cut along seed to get the cheeks of either side. Then use a cup to peel the skin off the flesh. You can find video on it

I live in Hawaii and have a few mango trees couple of them the chickens ate up killing the trees attacking the fruit! I had one tree in their run for shade and future treat .. thatβs one they destroyed!

Lol my dog BoBo is the same way with cheese. If he hears the frig open he flys to kitchen and tries to stick his head in to look in the drawer where I keep the cheese. That mango salad would also be good with some berries and a raspberry vinegarette. BTW, it's so nice to watch a video of the cook using the proper tools. Their are so many videos that don't use the right tools, especially knifes.
