I love pear tomatoes! So yum. I actually have a terrible atopic dermatitis reaction to tomatoes and they burn my mouth but I still indulge in the summer when they taste amazing.

Recipes look good except for the oil, wish you would make them oil free.
Growing this massive crop of tomatoes and this was the exact thing I’ve been looking for. Hopefully if I come up with a good list I’ll come back and edit this comment with some suggestions that feature tomato well. Seasonal food is a big deal even if you’re not growing it to get more pop in h toe flavor and better value.

These are great! I am especially intrigued by the Galette but it’s way too hot, and my a/c too old to be cooking. The recipe is on my to do list for when things cool down a bit.
