Early Dutch spelled the name BANGKOK in Roman alphabets more than 450 years ago since Ayutthaya period and correctly pronounced BARNG – GORK as well as Early Europeans and others. Then 200 years later came Americans with flat accent wrongly pronounced BANK -KOK and with their broadcasting power just misleads everyone today.

If you said Barng Gork to Thai people they'd be surprised and loved it.

Your travel vlog is a breath of fresh air from the other MMMmmmm👀 vloggers. Plus finally vloggers that are not vegetarian or vegan. Sadly that is a little void if you just eat PB&J and meat pies. Love it anyway.

I stayed in that exact Hyatt for 3 weeks last year to reach Hyatt Globalist status, then used my free earned certificates to stay at the grand hyatt bangkok, which they upgraded me to the club floor with the lounge. Hyatt is the best hotel program using Chase points! They often have a promotion where you earn 3k points per 3 night stay that includes points stays! Even bought mango from the same restaurant. Thanks for reminding me. Happy travels!

Yo! Welcome back. I just recently rewatched a rubber band lesson that Josh was practicing with a small bag of water. It's still fascinating how on earth people use only a rubber band to tie up things.

Hi, i've enjoyed your channel as a english learner.
I have a question in this episode.
I'd like to know the sentence starting at 02:44.

The previous sentence end up with "here we go ".

The next one sounds like starting with "Off we waited ~~".
    Is that right?

Whole text of the next sentence. please.

Is there anyone else to help me?

We absolutely loved this video and you truly captured it all. Our experience in Bangkok was not as great as I had hoped, but we plan to come back and give it a second chance in a better living space and location. Sometimes that can be enough to ruin an experience. But I think 2nd time will be the charm because we know the areas. I am starving now, thanks. Love you guys.

You guys are great but could you maybe try to pop a little card on the screen with some info about each location or something? It looks like you have a lot of fun but i doubt people could find half of these places with the information given. Maybe you mention it in there somewhere? but i miss a lot of your words to be honest. Thank you for your videos.

Thai people now use bank payment app to pay, but it needs to link to a Thai bank account. Most places now accept this method, including street side shop. Credit card payment is available in many places, but not common for small stores. For tourist, cash is the safest bet for now. Pretty soon, I think all payments will be via payment app like in China, but we need to figure out first how to allow tourist to use the app.

Saw a recent vlog of Wat Phon and notice few people wearing knee length pants.. thought they had relaxed on the rules considering how hot Bkk is
