Hi Pailin, I LOVE your channel. I’ve been to Thai restaurants and they have a cucumber thing that I love (usually a dipping sauce for chicken sauté’). It’s thinly sliced cucumber in a clear sweet liquid. It may be just be sugar in vinegar. Pailin, am I right?

How would you clean the wok without using soap or anything that would take off the seasoning?
Hi Pailin, in my local Asian grocery, I can only find ‘Shrimp Paste with Soya Bean Oil’ under the same Pantai brand. Will this work?

those chilli pastes have warnings for pregnancy and such.. and lead… any advice regarding htis? making your own is so challenging but the risk on these labels is also concerning
